Psyllium husk is a plant fiber from the seeds of Plantago ovata. We blended ours into a bright lemonade drink mix so your daily fiber is something you look forward to.

One sachet, one glass, wherever you are.
Each serving comes sealed in its own slim sachet. Keep a few in your bag, your desk drawer, or your carry-on, and skip the scoop.
How to use it
- Empty one sachet into a glass. Use at least 8 oz of cold water or your favorite drink.
- Stir well. Psyllium starts to thicken within a minute, so stir briskly until it's evenly mixed.
- Drink it right away. Then have another glass of water. Fiber works best with plenty of fluid through the day.
Take with a full glass of water. Taking this product without enough liquid may cause choking. Do not take if you have difficulty swallowing. Follow the directions on the package.

What is psyllium husk?
It's the outer coating of seeds from the Plantago ovata plant. It's a soluble fiber that absorbs water and forms a gel, which is why it thickens when you mix it.
What does it taste like?
Light, tart lemonade. Mix it with cold water for the freshest taste.
How often should I take it?
Follow the directions on the package. If you're pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition, check with your doctor before using any fiber supplement.
Why does it get thick?
That's the psyllium absorbing water. Drink it soon after stirring, and if it sits too long, add more water and stir again.
